Our returns policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our products – straightforward and crafted for your convenience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Diamond Whetstones (once opened)
- Files & Rasps (used items)
- Any tool with removed safety seals
Returns Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the shipment.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly state the replacement item required in your initial email
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges to higher-value items, we’ll invoice the difference.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
