However, we understand that sometimes a tool may not be the perfect fit for your needs. Our returns policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our products – straightforward and crafted for your convenience.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Diamond Whetstones (once opened)
  • Files & Rasps (used items)
  • Any tool with removed safety seals

Returns Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the shipment.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Clearly state the replacement item required in your initial email
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges to higher-value items, we’ll invoice the difference.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
