Shipping Information
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Our straightforward returns process mirrors the precision of our workshop tools:
Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery if they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Diamond Whetstones (once opened)
- Files & Rasps (used items)
- Any tool with removed safety seals
Returns Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship: Send to provided address using a trackable service (we recommend insurance)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard returns process
- Clearly state the replacement item required in your initial email
- We’ll process the exchange upon receiving your return
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges to higher-value items, we’ll invoice the difference.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
International refunds may take additional processing time with your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

- Include photos of the damage/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement/refund and may cover return shipping
