Shipping Information

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Our straightforward returns process mirrors the precision of our workshop tools:

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery if they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Diamond Whetstones (once opened)
  • Files & Rasps (used items)
  • Any tool with removed safety seals

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship: Send to provided address using a trackable service (we recommend insurance)

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard returns process
  • Clearly state the replacement item required in your initial email
  • We’ll process the exchange upon receiving your return

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges to higher-value items, we’ll invoice the difference.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional processing time with your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  2. Include photos of the damage/incorrect item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and may cover return shipping
